The location is unmatched. Check-in is hassle free. The room I was given was clean for the most part, smelled clean and had a great temperature.

Very easy to check in, get into room and very relaxing rooms. The ice machine was working properly which is a big plus for a very hot city like Laredo. Bathtub was comfy and the room fridge was really cold.

Room excellent. Breakfast nice. Bed excellent…some noise early morning by the San Bernardo ST and 35 HWY, but no problem with that.

Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working, but Kevin did an awesome job accommodating us on the 1st floor and even personally brought down an extra cot from the 3rd floor for us. Super appreciative of his customer service.

Breakfast is bad. Don't fall for "Breakfast included"! Low sense of security. Service road motel wirh open parking is bad choice for first time travelers.

Considering that it is in my hometown, I was kind of like skeptical of how good the property would be, and it was overall really good. Super random, but what I liked the most about the room was the sheets, they did not feel cheap like other hotels I’ve been.

It was very quiet for how downtown it was. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The room is fine, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small but OK. There was s a mini bar and a micro wave oven which was a good surprise. The smart tv new and big, with several streaming platforms available. The staff was friendly.

We were assigned room upstairs but we able to change to the ground floor the very next day.
